Complete and sign form 47SK.

Correct Visa Application Charge.

Satisfactory skills assessment for your nominated occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL).

Evidence of the main applicant’s age.
|
|
Evidence that the main applicant has vocational English.
|
|
Evidence of recent work experience or exemption due to 2 years study in Australia.
|

Additional evidence for Schedule 6A requirements
|
|
Evidence of having vocational or competent level English language ability.
|
|
Evidence of having a Migration Occupation in
Demand (if applicable). Evidence of having a Migration Occupation in Demand and an eligible job offer (if applicable).

Evidence of employment experience in the four years prior to the date of application (if applicable).
|
|
Evidence of spouse skills (if applicable).
|
|
Evidence of Australian qualification(s). Australian transcript and letter from educational institution indicating that the two years full time study requirement is met. (if applicable)

Evidence of study and residence in a regional/low population growth metropolitan area (if applicable).

Certified copies of birth certificates or other evidence of age, showing names of both parents, for all persons in the application.

If you or anyone included in the application is married, please provide certified copies of marriage certificate(s) and evidence you are in a genuine and continuing relationship.

Completed form 80 for each person aged 16 years and over.
|
|
Completed form 47A for each dependent child aged 18 years and over.
|
|
If you or anyone included in the application, are in a de facto relationship, independent evidence that you have been living in a genuine and continuing relationship for at least 12 months.

If you or anyone included in the application is or has been divorced please provide certified copies of the divorce document(s).

If you, or anyone included in the application has been widowed, please provide certified copy of the death certificate(s).

If your spouse does not intend to migrate with you a statement explaining why and if your spouse intends to join you in the future.

Evidence of custody arrangements for any children included in the application where one parent is not migrating, including consent from the non-migrating parent for the children to migrate.

Two (2) recent passport photographs for all people included in the application (including dependents who are not migrating).

Military discharge certificate for any applicant included in the application.

Evidence of any change of name (eg deed poll certificate).
